There are numerous initiatives through educational centers that contribute to improving the health of people and the planet. We focus on six areas of work: education and training, research, nutrition, educational centers, certifications and food camps.

Foodnomics is committed to progressive and sustainable change in healthy eating habits.
There are numerous initiatives through educational centers that contribute to improving the health of people and the planet. We focus on six areas of work: education and training, research, nutrition, educational centers, certifications and food camps.
education, action and training
We teach a short-term study program and propose extracurricular activities and projects to be carried out inside and outside school hours. Through action, a greater commitment is achieved and a significant feeling of belonging is generated.
Research
We have launched a research project that links nutrition with academic performance. There is scientific evidence of how certain diets improve concentration, attention and executive functions. Better organization of meals and proper combination of foods increases students’ ability to learn.
Nutrition
With the aim of improving academic performance, a nutrition service is proposed that works on emotions linked to food. Although it is true that diet is not a direct solution to solve learning problems, a proper diet can contribute to improving attention levels. On the other hand, this service aims to avoid problems of overweight, obesity or eating disorders.
School
A school can request a consultancy on its food program, a review of its menus and the effect they have on student performance, a redesign of its dining service. In addition, a general nutrition service for families is offered as an added value to the dining room service.
Certifications
We motivate, help, and audit schools in different areas with the aim of standardizing and rewarding the centers that develop best eating practices. There are several certifications that the school can access and through which it can improve its internal processes, the quality of its service and the performance of its students.
Food camps
A unique experience to learn about food, practice physical activity and cook in a natural environment. These camps are designed for students of different ages and can be offered in English, French and Spanish.
