About us
Sonia Haboub
Expert and PhD Candidate in Consumer’s Behavior on social networks and Psychonutrition. Born in Italy, with Arab roots, she brings the best of both cultures. His first contact with traditional and natural culture was through her grandmother, who taught her to value the gifts of Mother Earth, and the secrets of an ancient tradition that emerged in the Middle East.
Her mother introduced her to herbal medicine and healing through oils and spices, based on natural medicine. From a young age, Sonia was educated in the consumption of natural products and outdoor activities. Originally from Piedmont, North of Italy, she grew up next to the mountain surrounded by nature and animals. After completing her international Baccalaureate studies, she began her training career.
She studied a double Degree in International Business & Intercultural Management and World Civilization & Literature. She studied in the United States, Scotland, the United Kingdom and France, where she began a Master in International Business and Trade with a specialization in Geopolitics.
Finally, shestarted a PhD in 2018 at the University of Normandy, France, on the impact of awareness-raising actions aimed at good eating practices and how they influence the behavior of young people.
After four years researching on eating habits, origin of products, diseases related to food, diets, labeling, food industries, globalization and social networks, marketing, she concluded that human beings are being “intoxicated” and are victims of the consumer’s goods and big brands.
Sonia has twelve years of experience in four different industries: Fashion & Luxury, Maritime Logistics, IT & Tech, Bioagriculture, and in the Academic field. She has worked in eight countries and traveled to more than sixty-two. She speaks eight languages and loves playing sports. Her passions include art, fashion, horses, the piano, nature and cooking. Her goal is to help people become more aware of what they eat as well as their impact on the planet.

Carlos Llorente
Carlos Llorente is the fourth generation of a family dedicated to Education. He studied Business Management & International Business at Seattle University (USA), and later took an MBA at ICADE Business School. Carlos defines himself as an innovative and creative person, passionate about marketing and strategy.
He is an expert in Educational Marketing and a strategic consultant for several private and ranked schools in Spain and Latin America, General Director and Marketing Director at the Liceo Sorolla private school in Madrid and consultant in educational innovation.
Since 2012, he has dedicated himself to researching marketing and innovation in the education sector. He has worked with different universities, including ESIC, UNIR and UNIA in Spain, the Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico and the Universidad de la Sabana in Colombia.
He has taught numerous training courses working with more than 1,500 schools and has participated in various international forums and conferences in which he has spoken about the future of education, educational innovation and trends, and educational marketing.
